Remarkable drone footage filmed over Istanbul on Tuesday showed the Bosphorus strait shimmering in an unusually vivid turquoise. The striking colour change is caused by shifting concentrations of microscopic marine organisms in the waterway, which links the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara.
